Just follow the steps below:

If it Expired in the last 2 years:

1. You must meet the continuing education requirement: That means 22.5 Hours (which can be taken on line) If you have not taken the 3 hours of "fair Housing" part of the 22.5 must be that course.
2. Go to the New York State Department of State web site an sign in. Renew you license online. Identify "Droz Consulting Group, LLC" as your new sponsoring Broker
3. Then click on the JOIN button above and fill out the application form. You will receive a notification usually within 48 hours that your license is active with DCG. Then send in referrals and earning money in your spare time!

If it Expired OVER 2 years Ago:

1. You must retake the exam but DO NOT need to meet the continuing education requirements!
2. Go to the New York State Department of State web site . Apply to take the exam and enter your old license number online. Identify "Droz Consulting Group, LLC" as your new sponsoring Broker.
3. When you pass the exam, click on the JOIN button above and fill out the application form. You will receive a notification usually within 48 hours that your license is active with DCG. Then send in referrals and earning money in your spare time!

Summary Of How It Works:

• .You select your commission split as follows

50% Commission Split	$120.00/year
60% Commission Split	$170.00/year
70% Commission Split	$220.00/year
80% Commission Split	$270.00/year
90% Commission Split	$320.00/year

• Agree to abide by the DCG Policy & Procedures.
• Keep your license active with New York State ( $35 transfer fee to move license to DCG)
• Agree to act as an Independent Contractor limiting your license activities to sending referrals through DCG
• All commissions have a $50 handling fee, after which, the above selected split is calculated.
• Yearly renewal is on April 1st each year (regardless of when you join)
